A peptide program inside your own practice

You already have the practice, the patients and the licence. What takes months to build is everything around them — the protocols, a pharmacy relationship you can defend, and the compliance work that keeps it inside the lines. We set those up. The program stays yours.

Start the conversation What we set up

Your practice. Your program. Our back office.

A narrower engagement than a full partnership, because you are not starting from nothing.

We provide

  • Protocol setup. Structured, documented and ready to run in your practice.
  • Procurement options. A registered 503A compounding pharmacy relationship — patient-specific fills, batch tested, cold-chain shipped — rather than one you have to source and vet alone.
  • Templated protocols for your review. A starting point to adopt, amend or reject — never a prescription.
  • Compliance oversight. Formulary confirmed against the current FDA 503A Bulks List and PCAC status with counsel, and re-confirmed on each rule change.
  • Patient-facing documentation. Intake, informed consent, lab guidance and the follow-up cadence — written by clinicians, not by marketing.

What stays yours

Everything clinical. Your practice, your patients, your records, your prescribing, your protocol decisions. Every template we hand over is for review, and the final call is yours.

We are a management services organization. We have no authority over clinical decisions, and nothing clinical is automated.

Four programs, offered for your review.

You decide which of these you run, what goes in them, and whether you use them at all.

01

Recover

Injury, joints, tendons. Supervised, 90-day window, check-in at the end.

02

Rebuild

Body composition and growth-hormone support. The core 90-day program.

03

Reset

Weight management. Evaluation, labs, an FDA-approved medication where it fits, and real follow-up.

04

Sustain

After the first 90 days. Lower dose, quarterly labs, ongoing provider access.

Three conversations, not a procurement cycle.

  1. Step 1

A call to establish what you want to run and who it serves.

  2. Step 2

Scope: your state footprint, the entity structure, and which protocols you intend to adopt.

  3. Step 3

Setup and handover, with the operating documentation yours to keep.

Creators run the program under their own brand.

If you have an audience rather than a practice, the engagement is the reverse: you bring the brand and the influence, and we run every other part of it — the physicians, the procurement, the platform and the capital.

Partner Program

The same rules apply to a program you own.

  • Product reaches a patient only through a state-licensed pharmacy against a patient-specific prescription. “Research use only” product is excluded entirely.
  • Every compound in every protocol is confirmed against the current FDA 503A Bulks List and PCAC status with counsel before it is offered, and re-confirmed on each rule change.
  • All marketing and partner content passes a claim review before publication.
  • Informed consent states plainly that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
  • HIPAA safeguards, a documented adverse-event workflow, and records retention.

Tell us what you want to run.

This page describes a business services engagement. It is not medical advice, not an offer of employment, and not an offer to sell securities. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Commercial terms are indicative and subject to a definitive agreement.
